The Ding's came about out of our curiosity to experiment & invent and daring to be different. Taking traditional recipes, we like to see how we can elevate and make it more interesting to our eyes and palates. As Malaysia is blessed with a myriad of cuisines, we use Chinese cuisine as our core and experiment with blending it with other cuisines. The results are often very interesting and unique and many have become firm favorites of our guests. Our take on the traditional Lemongrass Chicken, Dong Bo Rou, Sambal Baby Red Mullet, Crispy Karaage Chicken and our traditional Mee Sua (面线) noodles paired with our unique Dashi that's cooked with SAITO Junmai Sake that has come to be known by many as SAKE Noodles, just to name a few.
